Centennial Memorial Walkway Project

Pay tribute to those you hold dear in your family and in your community by participating in the Memorial Walkway Project. Create a lasting legacy with your personal dedication on a paving stone to be set into the walkway at Memorial Park. Individuals,businesses and organizations are invited to participate in the project and leave a special message for tomorrow. For more information see the information sheet.

Your paving stone dedication could honour:
� a departed loved one,
� your family,
� a special friend,
� a community pioneer,
� a current or historic business,
� a community organization or sports team.

Order your paver before the end of August 2012 to have your paver installed for the Grand Opening set for Fall 2012. You can reserve your paver by completing this application form. Application forms can also be picked up at the Municipal Hall, 1229 Esquimalt Road, and the Esquimalt Recreation Centre, 527 Fraser Street.

One hundred dollars ($100) will reserve a 4"x8" small brick with 3 lines of 18 characters per line.
Two hundred dollars ($200) will reserve a large 8"x8"brick with 4 lines of 18 characters per line.

A draw for a small brick for each 100 bricks reserved will be made from those participating. All funds raised will go towards the celebration of Esquimalt's centennial and centennial projects. A tax receipt will be issued for your donation.
